四 |     方法    直接在华为云的广州轻量上，装宝塔，然后导入数据库。    注意：远程服务器 需要开3306端口，所以在华为的控制面板一定要加端口的白名单。    不然你就在99阿里服务器上无法连通。    宝塔的面板上有个远程数据库操作，但我不知道干什么的，所以还是添加上为好。
